SF MASONARY MORTAR is a pre mixed ready to use cement based mortar for masonry work which ensures quality consistency. MASONARY HIGH STRENGTH MORTAR is a mixture of graded inert fillers, additives and binder which gives strength beyond 30 Mpa after 28 days. The mortar is specially formulated & manufactured to produce masonry mortar for use in brick, block & stone masonry construction.

Shelf life & Storage
9 months if stored min cool, dry shade.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS.
– Good workman ship principles are required for successful application, including proper filling of
head & bed joints.
-Take precise quantity of water & pour into mechanical mixer or can be loaded in to plastering
machine.
-Add water gradually, mixing thoroughly until a smooth mix is achieved.
-Clean the bricks and take out loose particles.
-Wet the bricks and apply SF MASONARY MORTAR to achieve uniform thickness and leveled the
surface and keep another brick on to the mortar.
– Place a layer 15-20mm of mortor.
– Pointing is easier after the mortar has initially set.
-Mix SF MASONARY MORTAR after adding water should be used within 90 minutes.
CURING Curing is 4.5 days.

SF MASONARY MORTAR is non hazardous It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin or eyes. Suitable protective goggles and gloves should be worn. In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately, do not induce vomiting.
